Booking and payment reserve the work. Jim will confirm a time after checkout. Weather, access, or unsafe conditions can delay a job; we will reschedule.

Prices on the site are starting packages. Extra soil, water haul, or access issues may be quoted before work starts.

Refunds for unused work are handled by Jim. Stripe processing fees on completed payments may not be recoverable.
